Katie specializes in helping Chinese clients to settle down in Vancouver. As a multilingual professional speaking both English and Chinese, she understands the needs of Asians immigrating or relocating to Vancouver. Katie can help guide clients, who might not be familiar with the system in Canada, with making the right decisions regarding their home or future investment homes.

Negar is know for her effective and efficient problem solving skills, with her focus on creating a worry-free experience for her clients in regards to their rental properties.
Social Media Coordinator
Shayla Cooper is our new social media coordinator for Sutton Group Vancouver Rental Properties and has had many years experience in social media both professionally and personally. A North Vancouver native, Shayla enjoys spending her free time hiking the North Shore mountains,photography and writing short stories.
